    Thank you for sharing your journey!! I will say, when I first started running, I was a Hal Higdon train plan girlie, then I worked with a few run coaches, etc… . I used to NOT stop ever. However, after having some weird health related challenges, I have to dip my toe in the ol Galloway plan…. Which has been great so far. My pace actually is still the same overall.. and it’s actually improving! Which is really motivating! And for the record.. I still wish I could just run straight without stopping again.. but, that is just not where my body wants to be right now.

    If it wasn't for Galloway's Run Walk Run, I wouldn't be running at all much less training for Dopey at the age of 69! Galloway is a game changer! Woohoo! Bring on week 3! 🎉

    My sister and I just started training for our first Marathon at Disney in January!! I never would have imagined I could do it but watching all of your series’ inspired me! ❤❤❤

    I was looking for this video when I did my long run on the treadmill last night. My work schedule wasn’t going to allow for a Sunday run so Saturday night it was. Great video as usual!

    Found your video before my first half marathon (and first RunDisney) for Princess weekend 2024 for all the good info about the EXPO. Now I found it again as training for my first Dopey! Went back and watched princess and I saw my self in your video. So excited for the next race and video

    Always look forward to a new video! Training for the marathon. It will be my first ever. At least I get to run it in the most magical place right?!? Only fitting since I ran my first half at princess weekend 2014.

    That was nice running with friends. I'm running a four plus miles per day using the can I do it method. It's too hot at 6am in Florida.

    I am a little behind with the videos, but catching up! I used Galloway with my first two Dopeys, but got injured both times. Found a different plan that works better for me, but I still use runwalkrun for my runDisney challenges and marathons.

    Bummer due to some circumstances - i missed my first 2 weeks of Wine and Dine half marathon training.
    But i got started this week.

    Great video! Do you you program your watch for Galloway as far as when to walk and when to run and can you advise?

      I have an app on my phone - “intervals pro”- which I program to do my 1:1 interval!

      I have used intervals pro on iPhones but it never allows me to pause/restart etc once it begins. With a Garmin Forerunner, while it requires that intervals be multiples of 15 seconds, it works much better for me personally.
