Good job girl!! I am so proud of you! This run was very good for me. My music literally changed my entire run and I gave a nice 4 hour concert to three subdivisions haha I was so scared because the 15 mile was horrible for me.
You and Theresa are doing so great! And thanks to you I was craving dr. Pepper after my 17 mile run (I only drink it when I am in the states because it taste better than "our" dr. Pepper). But I could not resist it, so this morning (i was still craving it) i was to late for work because I had to take a Dr. Pepper :D
@@RunningInMakeup surprisingly fine..It was a crazy tuck and roll type of fall…a muscle relaxer and a good night sleep really helped… Onto the next week…
I would say anything over 45 minutes. I’m fine without someone on shorter runs (45 minutes or less) but then definitely need something for longer ones. Fueling is completely trial and error so you’ll just need to figure out what works best for you! For this run the 30 minute/every 2 miles worked really well.
Great job, Kristen! Just curious as to what intervals work for you on the long runs. I usually alternate between 30/30 and 15/30. Hope my daughter and I get to meet you at W&D!
I do 1:1 (1 minute run/1 minute recovery). I’ve found that’s what works best for me and I can maintain that for a good long while. Hope to see yall too! Safe travels!
I also have big feet! Size 11-12 women’s (I’m only 5 2’) and also finish every run with a soda (diet cherry coke)! Hopefully will meet you at Princess weekend!

So proud of you and Theresa! I hope your calf feels better soon.
Thanks!
Way to go! I had to call Mine at 8.5 with a call to my sister after eating pavement
Oh noooooo! Hope you’re ok!

With the $20, it's like having free Dr Pepper. I didn't run this week, but I know that I can run the half and after that, it's party time.
For real! 🤣 See you there!
When someone starts to train, when should we start implementing fuel?
