Yes, definitely like it when you all explain the properties for people who like myself who are out of town who are trying to make a decision about whether or not we want to move to Arizona. Like I watch a lot of videos and a lot of the times they'll just go through the house really fast and they don't explain it and it's really refreshing when you all explain it and even when you have an opinion about it.
