I floated the river this last Saturday from Dam 3 to Sadler. It was packed full of people from start to finish. Never again! It was awful. I'll go during the week from now on.
Man, you guys same have fond the honey hole for trout. I didn't even see the skeleton in the canoe, was to busy watching the guy surf the rapids. You take care and best wishes
To be clear, I'm not one of those snooty fly fishermen and even if I was the statute of limitations has long since expired so no penalty can be assessed against you or the lovely young lady. The law as it applies to Trout fishing the Arkansas portion of the Spring river is as follows: No spinning or baitcasting rods allowed !!!!!!!! Fishing with a spinning rod or a bait casting rod is a class B misdemeanor and reeling left handed as the young lady can be viewed doing is a class A misdemeanor..Just trying to help..
@@pocono49murphy96 weird! Does that mean if I hold my rod upside down I will catch more/bigger fish? 😁 Haven’t heard this before and at first glance it sounds pretty dumb.
@@KillaHawg I'm not aware of any actual studies done on the people who hold the reel upside down and reel backwards but my guess would be a genetic abnomality would likely be responsible..

Sorry. That is not true below Dam 3 where we are located. I appreciate the laws of AR and follow them all.
Is there really an Arkansas law that says you can’t fish left handed? That’s insane!
@@KillaHawg No, not really but there is a law that you can't hold the reel upside down and reel backwards.
