That's not how laws work.
We're waiting for Smith to decide he has enough evidence to take to the 11th circuit court of appeals to have Judge Cannon. Problem is Cannon's decisions have been either paperless orders or without prejudice. Normally those decisions can't go to an appeals court. I'm hoping the 11th circuit is watching and steps in su esponte and give her the boot. Her court is a first class circus that past insane and is heading out into the sunrise. Who knows when we'll see it again and is there still time on the clock to try the case. Trump did ask for a speedy trial. I suspect Smith will have to dismiss the charges because Trump is dead. Some cop shot him as he was entering the US Capital with a couple of supporters to prevent Biden from being confirmed for a second term in a "stolen Election" and Trump lost in both the popular vote and the electoral college. Duckworth and Gabbard chalk up an impressive casualty count for rioters entering the Capital building after they breach police barricades ... again.
She should find another job befitting her potential, like at McDonalds.

Just because many of us don’t like the speed with which things are done, and that we cannot see a reason, doesn’t mean there are no legitimate reasons. That holds even, though to lesser extent, for colleague judges. That said, them publishing about all this is a strong signal that it is highly unusual indeed.

There simply exists no mechanism by which they can step in and fix the problem. They can only act when a prosecutor files a complaint and the complaint must adhere to strict criteria. Obstruction of Justice and Disbarment is warranted. Those Federal Judges have sent Cannon warnings. She has ignored said. Disbarment is IN ORDER. Judicial prosecutorial misconduct is tremendously so CLEAR.

In that case, Arthur Engoron should be fired. He is so corrupt that he found trump guilty and fined him even before the trial! and then had to reverse himself after the backlash. What about Judge Merchan who's daughter was directly making money from his handling of the Trump case, who steadfastly worked to ensure that Trump got convicted for a non-existent crime? If I were a newbie judge, I would not want the third criminal case before me to be of such high prominence. I probably would have taken it on, but when I was rebuked by a higher court twice, and had other more senior judges privately suggest that I step away, I would heed the advice. That would be jurisprudence. Cannon has taken the opposite approach, and backed herself into a corner. It will require action by the 11th Circuit to recuse her, and that will be a blemish on her going forward.
I've been in IT for 30 years, and I've always taken the advice of more experienced people into consideration. Now younger IT people ask me for advice, and I hope they take it. They usually do. Those who don't tend not to last long in the field.
