Tim Miller made a very good point that Biden’s campaign team needs to run attack ads and ads showing his energetic fighting spirit, like the speech he gave at the NC campaign rally!
Don’t judge his ability based on one debate. he is the best choice given the current domestic and global situations. His wisdom and experience are paramount at this moment. For example, I don't believe anyone else could have passed the infrastructure bill.
Ultimately, voters have to ask themselves if these issues are important to you:
Democracy, Abortion rights, voting rights, climate change, health care and if you are in the top 1 percent… etc.,
Ask your soul, you know who is the right person to vote for.
Do you see yourself more in Biden or T? Do you align more with someone who values empathy, decency, and a commitment to uniting the country? Or do you see yourself in someone who thrives on dishonesty, and controversy?

The tenure of these judges should work like tenure at most universities. It doesn’t mean a job for life. If your performance is poor or your record has a disciplinary note or a combination of the two, then the tenured prof can face dismissal.

I challenge Nicole's desciption as being from "...the Highest court in the Land". The current incumbants have demonstrated, yet again, that they are in effect the "Lowest Court in the Land" using any one or more of the following metrics:
Following the requirement to recuse when the appearance of bias is evident,
Following the legal requirements to make proper personal beneift declarations, a subject upon which they might well have to adjudicate on;
Failing to observe precedent when the enactment of laws is founded upon preceeding interpretation (otherwise case law might just as well be put in the bin);
Failing to apply the law equally to all citizens;
Failing to remain apparently politically 'neutral' (noting that nobody is ever totally free of political bias);
and finally, paying lip service to the God of the Christian, Jewish and Islamic communities with narrow religeous inter^pretations even though they are required to keep religion out of their analyses.

Just the homeless being impacted alone shows how irresponsible and cruel this decision was. Not only people in dire needs will be affected and criminalized, making all in their already difficult lives more unbearable and reducing their future chances for betterment (jobs, etc) but also can create huge burdens on local, state and federal governments to enforce unfair laws.
