'Greater manchester' - like that is a huge area, 600k in bolton is very different to 600k in stockport.

More homes in the Manchester/Cheshire area - around the 400k mark!! Love watching these tours!!
Definitely Cheshire area, they’re so near. Show houses between 200-500k x
In Wythenshawe you can get a house just like this for £250,000 - £300,000. The area has a reputation for being 'rough', however it's situated RIGHT next to Manchester Airport (10 minute walk) so I can see house prices rising massively in that area in the years to come.
Its overpriced as hell. £600k can get you a similar sized house in Bucks, South East. Another case of a former new build taking the piss with prices.
You can do better than this in Manchester, geald Green, whalley range, sale infact so many places is quite similar for this budget..
Monton is nice but it's pricey. cheaper than the other local nicer areas like elsmere park and Worsley

I prefer to live in older homes, but love looking around any houses! This actually seemed a bit quirky and more interesting than many newer properties, with unusually shaped rooms - thanks for giving us some escapism at a time when we can't go out and look around for ourselves!

I love watching this channel so that I get an idea of what I like and don't like in a house. One day I hope I will save up enough money to buy one so good to get an idea of prices in various regions
For £600,000 The value is absolutely exceptional compared to London
That is true but it isn’t in a very desirable area in Manchester hence the lower price
You can get a bigger house made out of Yorkshire stone with a far bigger garden in a countryside village in West Yorkshire... it’s insane how much people for houses in this country...
Can get a 2 bed Victorian terrace 2 minute walk from the countryside for probably less than £120,000.
No wonder working class families struggle to get on the property ladder.
or you can get a castle in Scotland :-)
My sons just bought a 4 bed detached with a double garage,parking for 4 cars and a bigger garden 15 mins down the road from here in a quiet cul de sac for 270,000
Monton is very up and coming and is actually quite expensive compared to other surrounding areas...
I would like to see you guys view property in Oldham around the uppermill area, greenacres, dobcross as there are both some beautiful new & old property’s there.

I liked the gas hob in the kitchen. Good storage. Love the led vanity mirrors in the baths. Big plus the wood burning stove.This house is considerably more inviting than others recently featured.
