I mean this in the nicest ways, please learn about houses, it is like listening to two children talking about a house. " got wood floor" really adds so much, why not tell us what type of wood " industrial kitchen" if we can see that it is industrial but who makes the appliances I gave up watching this video, just lazy reviews with no effort in making preparing for them, only doing this for money.

My favourite part of this tour was all of it because Manchester is my hometown. This apartment is great but massively overpriced. You could get an amazing house further out in the suburbs for that price. Gorgeous kitchen, though! Love this channel and love Tom and Jas (Apologies if I misspelled your name!) xxx!
Ikea clothes storeage and a master walk in robe that also hides the hot water utilities. Like really? Guys you got to keep the reviews serious or just treat it as sponsored content.
That's not worth £1.4m especially for an apartment building, I know Manchester has had loads of investment going into that area over the last couple of years but it is way out of people's budgets. It's a nice modern apartment with good colour scheme but don't like the fact it is all open to the neighbours wider builders. I don't like the toilet off the lounge/TV room either.
Yeh but it’s not aimed at the average Manc, Robin Van Persie used to live here when he played for Utd and there have been several other footballers who have also lived in this building. To those kind of people I suppose the price is not an issue.

Very overpriced. Having to convert a bedroom to make a decent living area space just highlights the greed of the developers, oh and lets shoe horn an office area into that space as well because everybody needs sponge bob square pants playing in the background whilst you're trying to work. The original living room area would have been laughable.
This building has always been expensive to live in - to be honest I think it’s that way because they want to attract a certain clientele. There have been numerous Man Utd/City footballers who have lived here. Also although not for Mancs like me, Manchester and the surrounding Cheshire towns have the highest concentration of high net worth (over £30M) individuals outside London. The upshot is that there are people in the North West who can easily afford this……whether or not it will sell, is a different matter.
I really like this apartment but the sting, I suspect, with No1 Deansgate may be the service charge...but if you can afford to pay for the place the charge could seem inconsequential

What are to talking about Gunchester - there are far worse places for street crime than Manchester, including London. The bad days of the gun problems were 20-25 years ago…..

This is awesome...but why is Manchester always at the centre of attention?- the 6th largest place in the country with 5 others bigger and arguably even better. Manchester is great just slightly overrated I think. But still..great vid!

@@georgedowns4034 i've always considered a city with the suburbs as the city, so I consider Manchester not just the city center but also chorlton, rusholme, didbury, sale eccles etc. A English county for me means Lancashire or surry, doeset, Devon etc

It’s staged so you can obviously decorate it how you like, it has a wide balcony so I doubt much noise would get through anyway
