- Welcome back to Sid Meier's Pirates wait hang on a second this is civilization 6! Something has gone wrong as the developers of civ 6 have added a new update that effectively is a funny montage of sid meiers pirates! And you know what its amazing! So welcome to this brand new civilization game mode pirates! Where you the player are a pirate who is attempting to become the most famous pirate by sailing the high seas and finding treasure or fighting the french! Today however we are going to show off the fact that civ 6 is broken by revealing the infinite pirates exploit to gain an endless unstoppable wave of crewmates that can pillage the entire world map and take settlements despite the fact you are 100% not meant to take cities in the pirates game mode! Next thing we will discover that the pirates are able to research a nuke in this game mode. Now that would be a fun civ glitch!
So sit back and watch as the spiffing brit tests to see if Civilization 6 is a perfectly balanced game with no exploits or if the infinite pirates Challenge is broken!! How can you even win a game mode of civ without playing it as intended!

Nah, they won't re-release Oblivion. There's already a modding team remaking Oblivion in the Skyrim engine, and as we all know Bethesda is more than happy to sit back and let the modders do their work for them.

When my friend recommended I check out the SpliffingBrit I was expecting to find a stoner, not a posh British man who worships tea. To make things worse, him telling me to “grab a cup of tea” now leaves my mouth feeling dry every time I watch his videos and forget to make tea. I do however find him very bloody funny.

I cant put into words just how much I love the fact this exploit is based on pub crawling pirates.
Civ VII: Multiple game modes can be going at the same time allowing pirates to become a new nation faction and go for culture and science victories and such. Basically you make the game even more detailed and involved for say a 1000 turn or even no turn limit game?

i think conquering colonial territories and founding empires as some random pirate in a game mode where it is physically impossible to conquer or settle cities might be the greatest glitch i have ever seen in a video game and i am not exaggerating in the slightest

I just got home from work and had no idea you'd released a new video. My day is made.
The only person that can make the whole 'like and subscribe' thing entertaining.
Can confirm this worked but at least at lower difficulties this is not really something you need to win at all, the instant heal option with your ships can be super powerful in itself so I used that to win a game with just one ship.
Finally. Joining the floor gang is a great honor Spiff. Welcome to Floor gang. Now you can save all that money you spend on silly chairs and use it for something more useful. Like tea.

Please spiff there is an old pirate game called pirates of the Caribbean (Windows xp Times I think) that was a gem of a game and I think you'd absolutely love it. Plenty of exploitable game mechanics too

I learned something new again, and this is the first time I did an exploite from the video before it was released. I captured 2 cityes and settled 1 with the HOARDER's in my 2nd game on the day of the release of the pirates patch.

I seriously ordered some Yorkshire tea because of your vids. Can't find any where I live in the states. I wanted to know what real tea tasted like, but instead I found what heaven tastes like.
Last time I played I finished the game with like 15 boat and 1200 points, it get so wacky, love it. The windy boi factions are quite good as well as certain actions need a lot of movement points.

Played with some friends, one of us noticed that with Swashbucklers you can instantly heal any captured boat by using the "tack into the wind" ability immediately. These exploits would be even worse combined with this exploit.
