I swear man, the character models look amazing. When I saw Ace in my first week of playing and Sharp from the last event, I got Modern Warfare vibes. As if I was looking at Task Force 141. Their personalities are at gigachad levels too. So good man
Revisiting this scene now, the aftermath of their duel doesn’t seem to imply the army along with Sharp survived.. right? If I recall correctly, their conversation after said duel was just Degenbrecher and Sharp 😯
Sharp survived, 2 reasons: 1 The actual doctor wouldn't send him there if he knew that he would die, probably the doctor knew that Degen wouldn't want to kill him. 2 Degen told Sharp that he needs 3 months or something to rest so he can use his right hand again. Thats basically where it ended, she didn't went further to kill him or something. About the rest of the army, dunno, she said they arent worthy so if none of them made the first step she probably didn't do anything
I don't understand why they just don't make all the elite operators playable I mean.... Aren't they like The top of the top on RI? And super important to the lore
Probs cause they’re ops that are gonna die pretty soon, Ex the ops that died during the assault on chernobog and the badass sankta lady from the most recent chapter
My own guess is that the 4 elites from IS1 were not initially meant to be anything more than placeholder strong characters for IS1, reasoning being that they didn't have any background nor dialogue, and that their very design was intentionally "standard", just a combat outfit, no distinguishing features or colours, no expression... And as time went on they decided to reuse them and incorporate them in the lore, making them real background characters, who knows maybe at one point they'll be playable.

If Sharp participates in a Knight competition alongside Degenbrecher they will be the ones who will be on the final rounds.
