so, here's a little tidbit for those playing the complete edition on switch; you can soft reset by using the + button instead of outright closing the software. WAY better way to get around this, imo!

This guide was super helpful, got my first 2 tactician USBs last night from my farm and I'm only at Chapter 2! Grinding for the Jimiken boss fight, gonna do one grind session for tactician USBs every night.

Also, to better risk saving near the end of the timer without actually "missing the mark", I use the 2nd save slot to save a minute before it ends and then use my primary 1st save slot to try to save exactly near the zero mark for quicker resets (if I accidentally saved after the timer ended I can always go back to my backup 2nd save slot and try again until I nail it! :D).
It's much easier to reset on the Nintendo Switch. For my first Digimon game i'm founding out that Digimon is more grindy than Pokemon. Just through level resets by digivolving/de-digivolving. Gaining ABI is tedious and annoying.

I also noticed on my switch the results looked like they were cycling through in a set order. I got it once but after I noticed a "pattern" I estimated the time I got the usb I wanted. I've been able to get it consistently since.
You don't need an entire farm full of builder Digimon, adding more builders only reduces the time, so if you're saving to reload a bunch of times it doesn't matter much. I have two builders on each farm and it takes me 30 minutes.
Yeah i hitted the jackpot , got all tacticians in 20min , i builded up 3 farms each one has 5 equipment for development and builders , so 8 tacticians from each farm , which is faster than building only one, and its not necessary to get platinum numemon , aslong as you have digimon that has 3 slots to equip on , for example im using metalseadramon , megaGargomon , tigervespamon , and i can use also titanmon for equiping too

I'm assuming that saving at the one minute mark on the development is purely for resetting so you don't have to do it multiple times before getting it once, and not necessary for getting it period.

I my be too late on this, but I tried it on the PC Steam version and it worked out the third time I did it. And that was with only four of the DV equipment to do so. Sorry that you couldn't get it, but I hope this says something about the chances.
Shit I started last week in on chap 8 and I just realized in order to get MOST if not all megas u need that ABI so I had to de digivovle my metalgreymon and now I'm here trying to find a faster wY for exp I got 1 plat sukamon bout to have 2 so i can get him back to metal then finally once i get to the end if the story he should be a wargreymon still gotta de digivole my angewomon and salamon if i want rosemond and ophanimon smh ophanimon take 40 fcking abi....god bless my soul ima do it tho lol

Naruto Uzumaki before you get the stuff make sure to save the game and as soon as u receive the message from Merie or whats her face check if its the tactician USB or not u won't get it at first if i didn't get it just close the application and re-open it and wait 1 minute till the development is done and check again if u didnt get it re-do thats pretty much it

On the PC version. It allows you to use Control L to exist to the main menu. Then it's just a reload away.

i find it more interesting given there are so many digivolution combinations and moves that you can get through each form.

The reason for platinumNumemon or platinumSukamon is there ability increases exp gain so for powerleveling really fast is to use them.

I believe it will make it more likely to get good items (so the tactician USB) but that's just what I read so I don't know if it's true or not.
