The biggest tip I can give players is this: For like 90% of the digimon, you can usually level them up (and evolve/de-evolve) enough to get the stat totals needed to digivolve. For the OTHER 10% it's important to know that ABL points affect how much you can increase your stats by island training. What stats increase is determined by your farm goods and the personality of the pokemon who leads the island. If your points aren't going up, you may be maxed out (the number of points you get is 1/2 of your abl score plus 50) and either need to get a higher ABL score or use restraint chips to decrease the bonus points on stats you don't need.
So I have a question: if I have a Greymon (Blue), I should at some point put him on an island with a fighter leader? I don’t think the game explains this at all.

I have just recently started hackers memory after beating the cyber sleuth story and my main problem is not having enough party memory for my team as I am currently on chapter 5 and I barely have enough room for 4 digimon with my current party memory of 45 as I currently would have to put my 4th digimon on the digifarm when I digivolve my Megaseadramon into Metalseadramon. In cyber sleuth I had 3 different Omnimons on my team, a total of 5 ultra level digimon and only got wiped once thought the entire game not because of my team as the same exact team won on the second attempt, but because in the one battle against Alphamon, Gallantmon, and Omnimon I made the mistake of leaving Omnimon as the opponent left standing causing final Knight mode where it single handedly wiped all 11 of my digimon some level 99 ultra level without me getting a single chance to even attack it! Omnimon is one of the most powerful digimon for a reason.
I am now on chapter 10 with 5 royal knights not all on my team as I don't have enough room. I have Alphamon Ouryuken, Omnimon Zwart, Leopardmon LM, Jesmon, and Gallantmon. I also have Mastemon, OmniShoutmon, Sistermon C (Awake.), and Chaosdramon. I have yet to reach Under Zero.

Digimon Normal mode is too easy. My team can easily beat most enemy digimon but has trouble with certain bosses. I want to play hard mode but i dont want the game to be unfair.
It’s challenging on hard mode and not unfair. There is one bad difficulty spoke at the end but honestly if you prepare your team a little it’s not bad at all. Out of me 100 hour play through I think I only stopped to grind about 3 times.
