I never had problem with Thursday customer service!
Always were there to solve my problems... like wrong size, discomfort.
Because of the quality of the product and the amazing customer service, I bought 6 pairs of boots with them.

Those scouts use stitchdown construction vs the ones with the wedge sole which have a goodyear welt construction. Stitchdown is known for being stiff.

hey man love boots and shoes as well. Love your honesty here on these. Alot of these companies just manufacture overseas and then stamp them here in the US. I know they are triple the price but the Tarlow family at Alden shoes here in MA are virtually unparalleled in boots and shoes. Would love to see you try a pair and see the difference. When it comes to dress shoes and boots, i personally just go for the best as they will last DECADES.

That's unfortunate the new Scout design doesn't work for you. Strange that I haven't noticed any discomfort and mine didn't even need any break in at all.

Those have a crepe sole, which are known to wear very quickly. I’m surprised they are not breaking in quickly though. Thanks for the heads up. I liked that color a lot but am now going to steer away from them.

The wear of the sole is normal for crepe soles.

Sort of. I have Alden’s with crepe soles and show 25% the wear after wearing 30 times

They’re easily to break in. But anyways you bought 150$ boots and complaining like that was 500$ red wings. Cmon
