    There was no available inventory in that area at that time, that is why they received 1.85, risky but that’s what real estate is all about especially if you are a flipper. In my Central Texas 1.85 million would get me 25 acres, a 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bath 3500 square feet plus a barn, outbuildings, storage and a guest house.

    One of the most elegant designs they have accomplished. The kitchen backsplash is great, and the fact that the 3 bathrooms have 3 different kinds of tile is an improvement over their usual matchy-matchy. Very wise to go for the upper deck and its views!

    Those power lines in the US are so crazy to me. We don't have that in the cities here in my country, it's all hidden under the roads... (we have overland power lines, but those are high and look "clean"; not like this wood rots with a billion different cables coming from all directions...

    • @nunu8257
      @nunu8257 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Places in the USA do have buried power lines. Like New York, LA, Colorado and many other places. Places that usually have overland power lines are usually poorer and older areas. However in places like Florida it is mandatory to have overland power lines because they have a very high water table. Where I live in Texas has overland PL as well, but ours are pretty neat.

    • @neko2412neko
      @neko2412neko 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@nunu8257 ah ok. That's good to know! My aunt lives actually in NY State, close to Pennsylvania and they also have those visible power lines... but I guess it is also a development thing of the city, when they started to change it... Florida makes total sense to me, on the other hand it is even more scary😅

    • @nunu8257
      @nunu8257 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@neko2412neko ah yes 😅 when I said New York, I meant New York City. I don’t think the state as whole has buried power lines. However I do wish Texas had underground power lines so I wouldn’t have to worry about power outages during thunderstorms 🙃. Definitely a development thing and also if the people in your state/city feels that it’s necessary enough to spend money on🙄.

    For that kind of money I would expect a much more substantial kitchen. That kitchenette is too small. The two rooftops are nice, even though the power lines are so close by, but they do not offer any shade… I feel that a Pergola or something would have been a good idea. Did it sell for 1.9 Mio.? Does anybody know?

    Zero trellises, zero rainwater harvesting to water plants. Exterior is too hot for use during summer weather. Power lines you can just about reach out and touch, what could go wrong there? Burying them on a house now appraised at near $2 mil is a drop in the bucket cost.
    Kids can easily climb the rails, more fails.
