I recently passed my driving test in a Automatic... I tried doing manual lessons but it just wasn't for me... I think auto allows you to focus more on the road and can really take away the stress and driving anxiety that many beginners on the road face. Hope to see more automatic mock tests on the channal Aman!!!!
i think its the opposite, manual forces you to focus while auto allows you to relax, i personally think everyone should learn manual at some point if it is easy for them to do so.

I'm doing automatic now after failing twice in manual and taking a 4 yr break from driving. I did one manual lesson before starting automatic in October to decide if I was gna give manual a final go and it was a disaster!! Driving is so much more enjoyable for me now. Lessons are going really well. I actually feel confident that I'll pass third time round now. Really useful seeing an automatic mock test. Thank you! Pleased to see you do a mock test with an automatic driver!

Hi Aman, I've been watching your videos consistently for the past month and they have helped me a lot. I finally got my license (on my first attempt) after overcoming my fear and driving anxiety. I appreciate your content. Thanks from South Africa.
This is the exact same car that I’ve been driving in for my lessons, well I’ve driven in 3 different cars coz my instructor has had 2 others before the current one. I think it’s an awesome car. :3
Hi Aman.. I have passed my driving test in first attempt successfully with two minor errors. Thank you for all the valuable videos. I've learned so much from them ❤❤❤
Im currently learning on an automatic. A lot of people have said I should "learn anyways just incase you need it" however at the end of the day, im never going to own one and if there was ever an emergency, i know enough about how they work in order to get one moving in an emergency. Hi. I have a question from pinner route .There is this round about in northwood hills ,joel street. There isn't any road markings before the roundabout but as am waiting at the give way line, I notice an arrow pointing towards left in the left lane .If am to take the second exit which is before 12 o'clock which lane should I use left or right?
Im bugging out because Ive been doing lessons since January, my lessons will go great and then my anxiety goes crazy and I’ll have the worst lesson EVER. Its so disheartening
She had sooo much space behind the parked car. But no you have to park as close as possible and scratch that parked car. You see a queue of traffic in front of you but not you had to harshly break last minute. No wonder insurance premiums are so high
Everyone is saying they love automatic I love it too I learnt and passed in a manual and started auto 3 years ago when I got a new car. I miss manual. It’s easy to do once you get used to do it. All you have to do is listen to your revs and not pull the clutch too fast. You feel driving the car more than what a auto does
Hi Aman hope you’re doing well, I want to say that your videos are very useful to watch especially your mock test videos with various learner drivers. I’m currently working on getting my full license by end of winter or early spring in late that’s my goal. I’ve already done 10 hours of driving lessons with an instructor in an automatic car and l’ve passed my theory test in June so Yh. I know it’s a late start for the practical part but I just wanted to get the theory out of the way before starting the practical part. I also just wanted to ask are you available to do an automatic mock test? The reason I’m asking is because I want you to access my driving if I’m test ready or if I require any more lessons. I’m in the Harrow area (North West London) and please do take your time since you are busy with various students. Thank you Abishan
Got my driving test tomorrow, hopefully it goes well. Not really feeling nervous at the moment but that might change later on. Anyways, I’ll let you know how I get on. 🤞🏽
It didn’t go to plan, one of the faults was on a roundabout going third exit, it was a traffic light controlled one and was an oval shaped roundabout and examiner had to pull the steering wheel towards the right. Not really sure the action was needed but what’s done is done. The second one was just a silly mistake. It was marked as a dangerous fault. I was going towards a zebra crossing and there were people waiting there and I wasn’t really paying attention. I noticed them really late and stepped on the brakes and I think the examiner also went for the brakes too and I just felt silly after that happened. After one of these happened, I knew I failed so I just carried on and only got 4 minors besides the serious and dangerous faults. Even my instructor seemed shocked that I failed. I’m going to use the first test as a practice attempt and hopefully do well on my second test.

Then come back a year later with new instructor and new attitude you ace everything. Learn manual later for a job that im no longer with. Since then ive not drive behind manual and stick with automatic. Its practice and a state of mind thats 100 percent the battle and you will get good regardless of automatic or manual.
8:13 the mostake iis just in experience . If you have a slow moving car apart from dropping back for safety it will give you a buffer to accelerate into and then pass. If you also put the signal om abd keep it on people approaching in labe 2 cam then plan and go you know what ill help you out and move our of safe. If they are really good and they notice you catching the slow moving vehicles they may even put a signal and move our which then allows you to move out. Im guessing you where watching the slow moving car. Try to concentrate on the space more than the car and it will stop yoi getting to close as yiu are thinking i want the space this size
Daria clearly needs more lessons to improve on her ability to drive on the road. She has her own car, and that's fair enough, but now she's bringing that level of driving to her mock test and drives in the same way as she would normally on her own terms. Those faults are not good.
If I wasn’t safe enough on the road to start with, I wouldn’t have passed 6 months ago. Not a perfect driver now, but compared to how I was at the beginning, I’m a lot better
@dariasm8229good on you . The thing is you dont need to be perfect all the time in the real world as long as your attitude is to be a safe driver that's all I care about . When watching you I never thought I would never want to be in a car with you or wouldn't want to be near you when driving. Any mistakes you made i would have made allowances for people around to make them mistakes. Truthfully it's just learning how to work things out on your own and working out or understanding what others are doing around you which you are developing them skills.
@dariasm8229 I'm lot older than you even with 30 years experience since passing i wouldn't expect to drive perfectly and not make to odd error. I remember first night out at a friend's house going out after passing my test 3 weeks going into a corner too fast locking the front wheels up and going through a wall. This was before abs and traction control just that inexperience of knowing what to do a lift of the brakes . Only myself involved . You're young and will make mistakes and nothing wrong with that . I've definitely made a few when o first passed
A bit hair raising, ease up a bit and plan further ahead! Remember in your first 2 years of driving on a full Licence, you can only get 6 Penalty Points and then your Licence is gone, so be careful!
The first serious fault as the road was busy . I dont know if you noticed the car pull up on your right then set off to turn right and the blue car from your right turns left in . That was you possible change to go . When the whote car pulled beside you look through there windows so you can see when they can safely go . Then its really just look for that blue car indicate then as soon as the blue car starts to turn in youre ready to go . Obviously dont go if you cant read the situation.
I think this is evidence of what Conquer Driving suggested is why auto only licence have higher insurance. Less thought process of what to do in advance
@@MidnightIsolde Agreed, in a manual you're always assuming a 2nd gear approach unless 1. either a wide open view with nobody to give way to as you're approaching or 2. a blind approach and busy in which case you're either slow 2nd or going for 1st to garauntee a safe view before emerging, whereas in an auto you don't have to think about reducing to enable a smooth downshift you can just fly at junctions and brake too late.
