    Amazing experience shared folks. Thank you! Just my 2 cents... once sales reps were delaying to close the deal because they achieved the maximum accelerator for the quarter. On the same breath, our (rather incompetent) cfo expressed that the company needed to bring deals in faster. Well! I learned my own lessons and apply daily on the new venture. I hope other comp-plan designers out there don’t make the mistake to cap sales comp. 😉👊🙂
