Could you make an experiment testing how important the stat "Motivating" is for managers. Maybe in combination with Tactical ability. Like Having a manager who basically knows nothing about tactics but is motivational af. Mike Motivator and Tommy Tactical. Both maybe like 25 years old and then you can go 40 years into the future and look what they did across their careers. Anyway enjoy watching your videos. Happy to see your channel grow
I love this as an idea. I'm trying to get managers to work in sims but it keeps failing. They just retire like 5 years into a sim n it's super annoying. I'll keep at it though. Thanks for suggesting and the support 👍 it's appreciated
@@jayhuahua I know that, when players age, apart from their physicals, Dribbling greatly drops. I guess that, in that case, they just lose some coordination with their feet?
Hey so, I’ve seen like 20 of your experiments and I would be interested to see an extra player that has a 10 in the attribute your testing, this will help gauge how much it actually changes and having a larger testing pool should provide more conclusive evidence. Love the videos, keep up the good work!!
Experiment idea: Manage a team of 11x 1CA 200 PA players. You could even do this combined with this experiment so Jayhuahua 1 manages one club with the "Use selected team whenever possible" (to ensure they play - thus circumventing they always retire early) as normal and Jayhuahua 2 does the same but no training. That would be a brilliant video.
06:45 - players with low professionalism complain a lot with intense trainings so coach reports are the only tool i can find so far for low professionalism...
I feel good after watching this lol, ambition is the other important stat, it would be interesting if that stat alone makes as much difference as well,
Experiment idea: a save with only leagues from small nations loaded in the database. Will someone like South Africa win the World Cup? Will the best wonderkids be produced from only loaded nations? Perhaps most importantly, will Hassenhuttl manage England if the prem ceased to be simulated?
Sadly the pros and cons icons did not seem to offer something. High professionalism will merge into different personality traits but I suppose seeing 'Professional' personality is a good sign. Other than that though, not a lot to go on
How about a Man City conference experiment but its the worst case scenario for city . 1) Release the manager, all senior players , youth players that were brought by City & any players on high wages in the youth compared to the conference (Those players will never stay with City in the conference) and a 3~5 year transfer embargo , It would be interesting to see if Man City can get back to the PL with their academy players and if they are still able to buy high rep players 5 years on in the future
Certainly an idea. I've seen a few different TH-camrs do it already sadly because it was my first thought. Maybe I need to be quicker off the mark when sanctions get imposed lol
Ambition has been requested, so that's two now. I was thinking about it anyway, now I 100% will do it. Comsistency is also on the horizon 👍 thanks for the suggestions
I've tried this before... as acceleration and sprint speed are two attributes and finishing is just one, it creates an imbalance. I do want to revisit in some capacity though. Thanks for the suggestion 👍
It was, all 5 top leagues were koaded and playable. I agree, the numbers do feel disproportionately high. But he did have high consistency, high important matches and high other hidden attributes which probably carried him to this
I think weight fluctuates a lot for players n has a lot to do with strength. I am putting some strength tests together so i might do a test of this idea and merge it into strength 👍 thanks for the idea, appreciate it

Actually, I'm curious as to why, of all stats, Motivation always drops badly when the managers get older. Do they get grumpy with age?
Maybe motivation at older ages is like pace of a player, deteriorates in their final years? I have no idea though

Yeah i noticed that too. Quite possibly the case

Yeah a middle ground player could be beneficial. Nice suggestion, thanks 👍
👍🏻
It's gonna be hilarious if Ralph actually does take over England in the future
Imagine 🤣
hahaha i love your thumbnails, great vid!
Thanks, i appreciate it. Put a lot of time into thumbnails so it's nice to know it is time well spent 😁

Interesting, there's a few issues somewhere in here, but certainly can be managed around. Nice 1 I'll give it a go, or something adjacent to this idea

Ahhh ok interesting. Good to know. I learn as much from the comments as i do from the actual experiments haha

I think ambition is something I'll visit in a future experiment 👍
sometimes i watch the video purely because of the thumbnail. they're awesome
Ahhh thanks dude, i always put effort in to the thumbnails and it's nice to know it is inspiring clicks 👍
"We are digressing." It's the channel motto, right?
At this point, it's definitely one of our regular features 🤣

Hmmm, maybe an interesting idea. I'd have to pick and choose wisely to keep sim times down. I love the cheeky Ralph mention in the comments though
Good, clear video - any tell tale signs of professionalism in the game?.

Lollujo is doing an entire series on this premise. Go watch that.
I just saw he is starting that series. Will give it a look, I like the idea
can we have one on consistency and one on ambition please? :)

Bad finishing fast(20 pace) striker vs good finishing slow striker(1 pace)

Was Germany loaded as playable? Those numbers seem a bit inflated

Could you do an expirement skinny vs chubby (love your vids)
