What might slow down Gisli's developement is the fact that even clubs in the islandic topflight are just semiprofessional. That's why his developement exploded in the 1st year after moving abroad.

Winning too early (and earning way too much) at an early age could and would warp one's sense of reality. ... anyway, back to talking about the game we love (to hate). 😅 I noticed the Determined thingy quite early. There was once I had a 4.5*-5* regen (this was way before I S/L for regens, after watching EBFM's videos). A Determined CB. "That's great~!" I remember thinking. Send him out on loans, etc ... he never got above 3*. At that time, decent HGC players were few and far in between, so I am sort of stuck with him. At one time, thought that I sabotaged his development because I did retrain him into a Natural RB (and made him an Accomplished LB with a Right foot, ha) ... His stats are all 14-ish, i mean. He did turn out to be a reliable squad CB. And as always, I gave backups at least 10+ starts and 20-30 apps overall (in an easy CL group, they would actually have 4 starts after the first two wins). Important for maintaining CA after 24yo ... And, think once I had to start this CB in a CL final. Scored an own goal in the 4th min i think. I am like, you motherf ... but this is where a Determined personality shined. He also was the same player who scored the equalizer off a corner. Won that final in the end. The guy was the HGC vice-captain who was essentially a 3* (reliable) backup. I used to think he did great just because of his Determination. After watching your video, it may turn out that his other hidden attributes are good too. Again, thanks~! 😅

What about some sort of "late bloomer" test where all players start 120CA but you get: Player A: 120CA/200PA, 26 Years old Player B: 100CA/180PA, 21 years old Player C: 80CA/160PA, 16 years old

5:50 Fellow Romanian here, so in the 2nd division of Romania you only play one half of a season, then you get championship group for the teams from 1-6 (who play each other 2 times) and 2 relegation groups (made out of 7 teams) in which they play each other 1 time. That's why Ceahlaul we're the champions from 6th whilst Resita we're relegated from 12th for e.g. Super complicated system

Do it with bad personalities that could be good if they are on the high range instead of testing only the good personalities :)

I think all 3 teams played very weak/young sides against us but still, not getting thrashed by professional opposition I think is great for us

I have a crazy idea for a video, there's this tiktok filter that's been going around where basically you choose a position and the region and you start from an academy and you decide to move or stay every 2 years and at the end of it you get a total goal count, assists, trophies etc. You should make a video where you follow the steps of the filter and see if the player can do better in FM than in the filter
