BONE MARROW | TUTANO

Hello guys, the bone which almost always gets thrown away or goes to the rendering plants keeps a hidden secret inside called marrow. In this video I show from how to order in the butcher shop to the simple and good way to prepare this roast, filled with collagen, extremely healthy and very traditional.
