    Awesome kiln load - prefer the smaller Utah stamp, but mainly because as a lefty I could actually drink from it. People tell me I make a lot of my mugs with the designs on the wrong side, but actually I make a lot of my mugs for lefty's like myself.

    Your creativity is inspiring. I taught myself on the wheel and glazes, but would have loved to had you to guide me. Your results are awesome. Too much time and labor to ceramics, tho. I have many crafts which is why I find your results amazing. Keep filming 😅

    Great load! I am really looking forward to the mandala video! Those are beautiful! Good luck and have fun at the art festival. I wish I were closer!
    On those spoons, I wonder if she did the same method as the blood spatter? But way cool effect!
    Love, love, LOVE the little bottle with the spider on it, and the lace mugs! And I think I like the large medallion Utah mug better, but both are great.
    I don't know if I could possibly pick a favorite. The halloween mugs are fab! It's all great! Thanks for sharing.

    Those Halloween mugs were gorgeous, loved the blending of the orange purple and black, but the opulence luster look picked up by your camera just made the big payoff for me, beautiful! And your moose items all were gorgeous! I can never find nice transfers and I never have seen the large houses, those were cool…zombie hand, oh my what fun!

    Omg!! I LOVE the pumpkin soup bowls!! I love every dang pumpkin thing!! Just started making fall pumpkins myself. I definitely prefer the smaller state shape. Love the handles! What an awesome idea!! Bella’s piece is so well done. Love it. Can’t wait to see the video where you fixed the mug!!! We all need that! Lol I know my comments get so long. Sorry. But can you please tell me where you get your high fire stilts? I fire to a cone 6/7 and the stilts I used melted into the bottoms of the pieces I’ve used them on. Thanks soooo much.

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I buy the stilts from my local clay supplier. It's Patty's Ceramics in Provo, UT and they do ship. My stilts will eventually melt after so many firings.

      @@hobblecreekpottery Thank you so much. I bought high fire stilt pins and made a bunch of them using a mold I have but the pins only fire to cone 5!! Ugh

    • @hobblecreekpottery
      @hobblecreekpottery  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @micheledickey4066 I'm getting ready to make my own and I'm going to cut up my old kiln elements as the wire. Joe my kiln guru told me to do that.

    • @micheledickey4066
      @micheledickey4066 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@hobblecreekpottery I will absolutely be doing the same when I need to change my elements!! It’s great having the mold for them. I use them without the stilt pins and they lift the pot up enough to prevent all of my drips, so far, from hitting the shelf! The drips will go around and stick to the bottom which sometimes makes feet for the pot! Lol

    • @hobblecreekpottery

      I used Speedball orange and Amaco Amethyst Velvet underglaze and blended them on the mug. Then, after adding the transfers, I dipped it in zinc free clear.
