Main problem with samsung (these days) 1. Samsung Exonys processors 2. Removal of adaptor 3. Cost cutting in low budget devices. But pros are way ahead in numbers thats why i have only used samsung phones till now.
Using s23 for last 3 months. Its just awesome. Though samsung must do 2-3 things to create a difference between its budget series and flagship level series. 1. Change in design. It must not remain same for both 80000 rs phone and 18000 rs phone. 2. Make a catchy ringtone. Like iphone. 3. Make more official accessories.
Historically Samsung's Over the Horizon has always been much, much better than the iPhone standard ringtone. After 2020 they made it bad though. But look at every Over the Horizon ringtone from 2011-2019, lots of iPhone users too use them lol.
Only problem I have with Samsung is that their exynos processors are very poor. The phone hangs and stutters even in everyday tasks and I am talking about A series, whose phones are around 25-40k I have A33 and I face these problems daily.

That is not all of it. Most of it is "nannying Sansumg" systems. Why do old files have to be removed? To free up a free MBs - how small is storage nowadays? And then, Samsung "bricks" their or user's devices with system update (2 1/2 years ago for me - 2-months ago for ome Koreans). Samsung also "bricks" some of their d3vices when used outside of the "sales zone". Samsung is not a computer company or even close (something Android badly needs again). They are the only company to put fast processors in a top-of-the-line Android device. Which is doing a great job of killing Android. There needs to be competition by a company that has been traditionally into computing, who will serve customers !!!
I am using s21 fe. I love its camera but i hate its performance speed. It hangs sometimes . And now After the latest update, sometimes front camera stops working in photo as well as video mode.

I used to be a samsung fanboy before but recently shifted to vivo as my father had bought the samsung a23 4g in 2022 and it recently died, when i went to service centre, thry said the moterboard shortcircuited, even though nothing happened physically as at night it was working ok but in the morning it died and we were only able to use it for 1 year 2 months, as warranty was only 1 year, so shifted to vivo and bought my fahter vivo v27 and i have to say its like a flagship phone at only 32k.
Samsung phones are very good with Qualcomm Snapdragon and Mediatek Dimensity chipsets 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 but the worst thing is Exynos chipset doesn't perform very well and it overheats a lot and that is the worst part with the Exynos processors where Samsung can improve is:- 1) They should focus on Qualcomm Snapdragon and Mediatek Dimensity chipsets rather than giving Exynos on their smartphones 2) Put the charger in the box and along with the TPU case and give punch hole display above 15k 3) Above 15k give like 45w fast charging speeds and for premium flagship phones give it like 65w fast charging speeds That is the thing which we can expect it from Samsung phones

Biggest drawback or con for Samsung is the pricing. They have thought of them as the most premium company but apart from the Ultra series and few M/F series, no other phones justify the pricing whatsoever. Even with M/F series, they still provide the old aged water drop notch with thick bezels which makes it purposefully cheap. At budget segment I really don't mind exynos chipset as long as it handles the day to day task efficiently but in their flagships, they gotta either beat the competition chipset or use them in the device. Also, apart from ridiculously slow charging, Samsung is also known for the phones with worst battery management and heat management Not to forget, Samsung often launches a rebranded M series spec phone with way to higher price bracket with A series tag. Apart from the UI, Camera and display Samsung really needs to work a lot on various segments to capture the market from Apple

After using samsung m51 for 2years which gave me 2days of battery life I shifted to s21fe 😕 which keeps me hooked to the charger 2times in a single day. Seriously? 4hrs of on screen time only? I never game on my phone. Instagram takes 3% charge for 15-20mins usage. Imagine. Plus the heat generated is so annoying. The connectivity drops from 5G to 4G is a headache. I have tried nothing phone1 which gives me constant 5G but s21fe just refuses. I m used to dns adguard for 3years now which worked fine. But s21fe seems to reject dns adguard. Flipkart app doesnt open, any link on whatsapp doesnt open, speedtest doesnt open, reputed websites on the internet doesnt open etc. They really messed up the dns adguard which still works fine on my 2yr old m51. Never buy samsung with exynos chip ever. I m disappointed on the s21fe. No doubt camera or display is superior but exynos chip is a freakin disappointment.
samsung is good but i am facing serious problem in watch 4 i have 3 of them and after update all face raise to wake issue which is still there after 6 month first i thought they will fix it after update but its 6 month and they didn't fix it while driving watch raise to wake doesn't work we have to press the button to check the watch which is irritating how can someone use his second hand while driving

Core OneUI is bad. Stock or full OneUI you see in higher end A series and S series phones is the best Android skin IMO except for stock.

After using samsung m51 for 2years which gave me 2days of battery life I shifted to s21fe 😕 which keeps me hooked to the charger 2times in a single day. Seriously? 4hrs of on screen time only? I never game on my phone. Instagram takes 3% charge for 15-20mins usage. Imagine. Plus the heat generated is so annoying. The connectivity drops from 5G to 4G is a headache. I have tried nothing phone1 which gives me constant 5G but s21fe just refuses. I m used to dns adguard for 3years now which worked fine. But s21fe seems to reject dns adguard. Flipkart app doesnt open, any link on whatsapp doesnt open, speedtest doesnt open, reputed websites on the internet doesnt open etc. They really messed up the dns adguard which still works fine on my 2yr old m51.
Never buy samsung with exynos chip ever. I m disappointed on the s21fe. No doubt camera or display is superior but exynos chip is a freakin disappointment.
Yes same problem here for better battery i usally off 120 hz display ... there is no adaptive refresh rate option which is really needy ....

samsung is good but i am facing serious problem in watch 4 i have 3 of them and after update all face raise to wake issue which is still there after 6 month first i thought they will fix it after update but its 6 month and they didn't fix it while driving watch raise to wake doesn't work we have to press the button to check the watch which is irritating how can someone use his second hand while driving
