Penfolds Bin 389 2019 - 53% Cabernet Sauvignon, 47% Shiraz
Penfolds Bin 8 2020 - 83% Shiraz, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon
Considering Grange is mostly Shiraz (generally 97% recently), then Bin 8 would be closer in varietal spec - but they only really get these names from the barrels they are matured in (previously Grange barrels).
I agree with you guys that the complexity from the 389 is amazing and shines over time after some breathing in the glass.
