I’m watching this video everyday to remind my fuc**ng mind how reality is not mine, it doesn’t follow every effort I put on it waiting for a specific outcome. It may be sounds banal but I’m a disciplined guy that does lot of things during the day and frustration it’s pretty usual so definitely this video it’s my mantra to take a breathe and start over enjoying life

Everything is connected, we are all loved, short story ->I have just finished the “Bodies” Tv series, where the main message, repeated throughout the whole series is “know you are loved”. First comment that I just read was ending “knowing we are loved”. Moreover the tv series is all about things happening how they are supposed to… and now the amazing part… I was feeling guilty about taking the evening off and not learning for my incoming exams (medical school), I was starting to put a lot of pressure about how will I be able to finish tomorrow what I didn’t do today and then randomly opening TH-cam, with absolutely no direction (I don’t do this often) and the second video was this one. I feel overwhelmed. Much joy and love to everyone!

Last 2 year people trying to force customised change in my life. I always like to flow with current direction rather than against or any other direction,now I want some freedom people trying to hold tight,not allowing my free movement.I don't know how they accepting my captivity. What I feel people always like salve but don't like to be a slave.

I was at a concert and I saw an old friend of mine there, I wanted to kiss her and I was thinking “how am I going to do that”, I couldn't figure it out. Time was running out. A cool song started playing and I thought, let's dance together, no second intantions, just trying to have fun. End of the story? I kissed her, it happened 1 hour ago, I'm at home now, simply amazed, and this video appeared to me. In the end, no one else and none of the masks you create will live your life but yourself. be yourself :)

In life we will always experience both sorrow and joy. Often these are not our choosing or understanding; so, we must trust that the Universe is working for our highest need.
A few years ago, I was waiting for a work visa so I could return to Canada, it was all I could think about me the waiting consumed me… I knew I had to make a change so I went to Scotland to do some volunteer work and the next day I got the visa! All because I stopped focusing on it!
Over the years I often experienced intuition only over the past several years did I start to learn how to use it. It is easy to overlook it, but you have to be cognizant of not doing so. It is truly amazing.❤
