- Sambal is a crushed chilli base sauce popular in SEA. The owner, Albert Lim's basic home made special sambal do not have salt or msg. Only the natural sweetness from the chillies. It's a spicy condiment made of chilli plus a combo of aromatics. Very popular for it's complex flavour. Relishing with every other possible dishes too. Definitely worth to try this delectable sauce

Our local peoples will laugh at that sambal due to the fact that he add so much sugar in it. He is using the non-spicy version of the chillies to begin with, why add more sugar lol 😁
