Tip for real peanut butter with oil on top: turn it upside down for a few hours or overnight, it will mix itself.

Bobby I've been listening to your recommendations all year and after 8 months of shopping with all of them with the help of a gym membership, I'm proud to say that I've lost 25 pounds and for the first time in my life I am considered a normal weight according to my primary care physician as of 3 weeks ago.
Life changing stuff, thank you Bobby!

As of yet there are no vegan meat alternatives that use organic wheat or organic soy along with non seed oils. I would be delighted if a major faux vegan meat brand would take this on and use organic products and safe oils like coconut, avocado or palm in their products. Unmeat has several vegan meats that use palm oil but unfortunately they use non organic ingredients. It would be a game changer. Gardein's Ultimate Burger just used to have coconut oil in it and I was really excited until I saw they have since revised their ingredient list and added in safflower or sunflower oil to it. It would be amazing and with you platform you could really help make this happen. I am so appreciative of the influence you are having on our food suppliers, thank you again!!

I wish I had a Whole Foods near me and Costco and walmart are very limited on Bobby approved products. Will be getting a couple of Sprouts in the next coming years. We do have a family owned health food store but wowza the prices are through the roof. Maybe ill just have to make a trip out of town every month and stock up on stuff. Fortunately its just for the most part just my husband and I. Adult children and little grand kids come to visit from time to time. Being 62 I have learned so much about anti Inflammatory oils until watching you, I never knew. Thank you so much Bobby

A few things you got wrong here... First, organic palm oil actually isn't inflammatory...it's not processed like conventional palm oil and contains loads of Vitamin E. And palm oil is not "bad for the environment". Palm oil is one of the most sustainable products given the incredibly high yield per plant compared to others. Yes, some producers engage in poor practices such as deforestation, but organic palm tree farms are quite another thing.
Second, telling anyone that corn is healthy in any form, is just flat out wrong. Corn is by far the most inflammatory vegetable, GMO or not.
Third, concentrated fruit juice is not really healthier sweetener than cane sugar. Fruit juice, especially juice concentrate, is not a health food.
And fourth, adding fruit juice concentrate to maple syrup both kills whatever health benefits it had in the first place, and is frankly an abomination which shouldn't be subsidized. Adding sugar to maple syrup, whether it's via cane sugar or fruit concentrate, takes an already questionable product and makes it entirely unhealthy. If you want fruit on your waffles, fresh blueberries are clearly the healthy, superior option.

Palm oil has been unfairly maligned. It is not bad for you, and there’s plenty of sustainability produced palm oil. Palm oil was vilified along with coconut oil and other tropical oils back in the 80’s. Why? They U.S. soybean producers wanted to shut down imports of tropical oils, to eliminate competition!

Dr Gundry says you should be eating goat cheese. The cows milk cheese comes from the mutated cows with casine A1 goats and sheep are casine A2. If you can find a farm that has gurney cows they are still casine A2. People think they are lactose intolerant, but they are not its the casine A1. I was having trouble with cows milk cheese with my colon and stomach. So, I tried goat cheese, and not problems with it. You are right about Whole Foods being cheaper on some things. I buy my pasture raised eggs Vital Farms from there. I also get Ithaca Hummus, and my Whole Foods has a really nice Vegan chocolate blackout cupcake. I also get sourdough bread from bakery department made in Soho NYC. Whole Foods here in NY also sell Mast chocolate, it's the one Consumer Reports recommends because it doesn't have the lead like the other brands, and it is delicious. I get the dark chocolate that is 80% and there sea salt one that is 72% I really like there Skip Jack Tuna, way better than supermarket ones, which are mostly water with very little tuna.

Try another brand. Most foods come in multiple brands.
