    Hi :D Thank you for teaching me! I followed your video and for the first time today I reached the floor! :D I didnt do it in 7 days but i took my time, maybe in a month or so, doing the exercise once or twice a week. Consistency is key :)))

    I really like this video in that it elaborates on the nuances of forms. Thank you! I wish u have a follow along version that has full or even extended length of time, and I would play it every day!

      Also if I had to slit hair, my tiny little wish is to have a different color of brick than the mat so when I'm using my cellphone to watch from a bit distance away I can still see where the bricks r and their direction

    Omg I will never be able to make it lmao I'm so not flexible but I'm new to trying yoga and just bought the blocks and really would love to keep doing practicing but geeez this is a lot I can feel the tension and it hurts lol

    I'm ashamed that I looked down on yoga stretches till now. Good buddy of mine who is Tae kwon do sensei said full splits helps his kicking height and since then I’ve been seeking way to get it ASAP.
