My home trails! Some great options back in there! If you ever see any trail builders or locals out there ask them for the story behind the name 'Trail 4'
Pick up an action cam like gopro and give it a go. I dont narrate my videos, but i enjoy going back to watch them. Its more for myself to relive the moments at some point in the future. The hardest part (after getting started) is to figure out a workflow from recording to shared on YT or wherever. Once i figured out how to do it all from my phone it made it easier to post.
How is editing them for TH-cam? I got a go pro but tbh I've never really edited videos before, was it something you had to teach yourself or was it pretty straightforward for you?
@@Im.k.m.aka.kalaashnikov Its something I had to figure out in terms of how to use the tools available to me. As mentioned i do it on iphone and use the GoPro app to pull down videos from my GoPro, iMovie for combining/trimming videos, the Photos app for color grading. figuring out that workflow was a challenge, but I actually like it and am getting faster at it. In terms of what you want to include in your video, you figure it out over time. Eventually you figure out what slows the pace of the video. I tend to use YT for videos that include a full trail and Instagram for sharing shorter highlight based videos.
I finally made it out there earlier this year. Such a fuuuun place to ride. it looks like there's a little goodie to be hit on the right at the 11:33 mark for Happy Holidays.
@@MTB_Corbin The run out is a bit sketchy, but you can hit that little kicker to gap over those ferns. From there it wraps back around and connects with the main trail pretty quickly.
@@MTB_Corbini have not. When i went, we did a bunch of laps on Cool Runnings before moving on. Next time, one or two laps and then move on. We hit some of those tech trails
Cool runnings has some fun turns and flow for sure. But damn, derailed was suchhhhh a surprise. We were doing a discovery ride so we really only glanced at trailforks and figured why not, so it felt like it was so unexpected after doing drop trail and mordor. Our theory on the sharks is that its a mark of a specific builder as there are 3D printed sharks at the top of Close Encounters as well
that's a pretty sick trail to stumble upon! I hadn't seen any videos of it but trailforks lists it as one of the most popular tracks there. I'm also 100% here for the shark theory haha maybe the homie will reveal themselves
U are right bout the tittle the proline aren't the best But thing is that u actually skip the best there is there owl pacino and hippopotamus No way we'll go there without those in the menu
I've never done Owl Paccino! Looked at it once early last year and thought it was way beyond my skill then. I haven't looked at it since but maybe I should... Seems like lots of drops and high speed gaps throughout yeah?
@MTB_Corbin brother I'm sure u will clear it is just full commitment Drops are ki da high speed but not super Just enough to make it cause there's berms right after them and gaps Is a blast U got this mate If u ever in the snohomish area pm us we are dad ,mom, and 2 kids that rip Well be at tiger this next weekend

You got me all curious now!
@@MTB_Corbin Come back for some more laps and I'll tell you all about it! It involves a 'bear', a irate seaman, and a shotgun.
Bro your riding is getting so much better! Keep shredding! 🤘
ah thank you, I appreciate it!
Thanks for sharing local trails. I am always looking for new trails to bring my boys to on the weekends.
Port Gamble is definitely a spot to visit. So many fun, lapable trails
I wish some of my favorite trails could be recorded in such a nice way. You got great shots in your vids, I'll probably binge this for a bit
Thanks for watching! Are your favorite trails in WA or Oregon?
Mostly up around Bellingham up 542
