God, it tells you how incredible Suisei is as a person that she doesn’t forget how fucking hard it is for newbies, despite her success, she remembers people just need one shot.
Not to take anything away from Maru either, she took that chance encounter and with her own time and effort was able to make sure she took advantage of the opportunity and now she won’t ever forget her beginning either.

The graphic analytics went crazy by the way. Maru grow to 2000 sub after 4 months, and then at 26 February the graphic sharply rise. Over 2 weeks it went to 30k. Same with views and superchat statistics.

I am always happy when smaller Vtubers get some attention/endorsement from the big guns. Matsuri and Polka used to do this a lot. Even Calli is looking out for smaller Vsingers. Suisei herself of course knows what it is like to start from humble beginnings, so this is just sweet.

This is the great side of the Vtuber industry. Some people may say "But they compete in the same business, why would you help the competition?" which is a fair argument, but it is surface level. These girls know what it is like to grind from the bottom up, and even more than that it is a blessing they can use their influence to help someone in the position they used to be in.
Spreading that good will and care to others is what is truly inspiring no matter their level of popularity, and is why I appreciate the community so much
Sui-chan really doesn't like formalities. Even with Maru who she had barely spoken with she already went on an informal level. Wasn't too surprising since almost everyone calls her Sui-chan.
It's nice to see her appear in that stream and "help" her out. I'm just surprised she did this during her own stream.

Just stuck on Maru, she's just a pure mass of adorableness and dorkiness. She has the same hardworking force that Suisei Indie days at the past.
Her tears-overflowing expression was such a perfect visual reaction for this. I loved how she knew the exact date instantly too; Sui-chan hasn't just given her an opportunity but a memory she'll remember forever.
And that last bit with Sui-chan was so on point. But it was painful when she compared it to her old Indie self having less than 10k. She was certainly our diamond in the rough right from the start, and while she's flying through the sky as a brilliant Comet now I wish I'd been there for her then...
