Magnets work great for body lift and styrene glue holds the plastic bed on the truck . Melts and bods it together

I did my RC4WD trail finder, I’m a lot more confident on how to shim, those were my first upgrades back last year so now I’ve had a few KM kits under my belt, I went crazy this year buying RC s
I had a lot of work to do with this axles. After using it for 3 months, it still requires some corrections to the construction, but eventually they start working as they should.

I bought the same set of axles but they are very tight, pinion rods are not moving smoothly. Do you faced similar issues ? If you suggest some opinion to fix it pls.
How do you like these axles? I'm trying to decide between these and the other metal ones that are a little more scale looking and realistic. I'm mainly looking for the weight gain for traction purposes and these look heavier then the other set of metal axles. also performance matters too and I'd like to keep it scale as possible which those other axles look a lot better. Let me know what you think man ?
They work great, the others are definitely more scale looking though. They are definitely heavy and add stability. I know that doesn't help.
How about Shimms for the pinion ? How did you fix that. Mine needs them not sure what to use?
I think you can use m2.5 washers or a shim set for airsoft gearbox would probably work.
Do you have the stock plastic axle trusses and suspension together with the axles? Does it work together?

I have stock suspension and everything aside from one screw hole lined up good.
Mine did not line up at all
How have they held up? Had mine on about 30mins and they are slipping.
I have had the front off like 6 times. I'm about to say bye to the pinion set screw and jb weld that sucker. For the most part I think that is my issue. Have you gotten yours running right yet?.
@@itz_hanktucsongrommer2427 yeah I replaced the gears with wpl gears and they have been holding up pretty good so far. Haven't got a lot of run time cause other craps breaking. And now need a bigger motor cause the weight.

Alot better. The original tires were smaller and did not grip well at all.

Motor 370 single speed
Mine was slower too but stronger. Not sure how to make it fast again.

I got the same axels. They are crap. Always binding. Im still working on them. Waste of time and money
Bummer. I'm trying to dial my front in also. Thing I'm going to fab some wedge shims to keep the axle from shifting in the housing.
@@itz_hanktucsongrommer2427the problem i had with these is the grub screw kept coming loose on the diff gear . Other wise ive had no issues
They arnt actually titanium. That’s just the way China markets them
Yeah I know lol. They would be mega expensive if they were.
I get shims off Arizona cheap on there instead of waiting for WLp to ship from china
I would have to say the WLP has been good to me though, the box is never crushed and never any missing hardware.
