유튜브보고 연구 많이하셨네요. 익반죽에 습식 찹쌀가루 직접 방앗간에서 빻아서 쓰시는것 보니, 떡노화에 차질이 있던 경험이 있으신가봐요. 근데 편집된건진 모르지만 슈퍼소프트엠은 안넣으시나봐요? 떡 두께도 두꺼운데 오래못가지 싶은데 안넣으면.
전반적으로 아쉬운건 동선이나 불필요한 절차가 좀 있는 것 같더라구요. 가령 경단처럼 팥 동그랗게 준비해놓는거나, 떡감싸기 전에 미리 떡위에 올려놓기 등등..?
딸기는 밑통을 저렇게 절단해버리면 하루도 못가서 물이 질질셀텐데 꼬다리 손톱으로 꼭지만 티눈 제거하듯 똑 떼는게 좋아요.
라고 쓸까말까하다가 저는 이제 모찌 안하고 다른 일 하려하기 때문에 적어봅니당

찹쌀떡에 머랭을 넣으면 떡이 안굳더라고요 방았간에서도 그리하는걸본적있어요 하는 방식은 조금 틀리지만 비슷하네요 과일찹쌀떡 맛나겟어요 ^_^
