I'm a gospel music person first and foremost as we are to sing praises to God first and foremost. After that, bluegrass and country music have been my favorites since I was a kid. Growing up, I listened to Charlie Pride, Ronnie Milsap, Alabama, and John Denver. I remember seeing this video when it came out, and it really did make me smile and get a little misty eyed. Very, VERY well done.
Despite all of the good comments and the ones people throw in there about people they don't like. you have to respect a beautiful voice and the genre whether it's country soul, jazz, R&B, Opera, gospel, etc etc it's a gift from God. And I respect it. I'm grateful that my parents taught me that music is to be listen to and enjoy it no matter wherever it came from.
