not to mention, the diff carrier/brace bushing inserts add 1/2" length to that side of the brace and it is extremely tight to fit it back on w/o bending the mounting tabs. Why did TS or even whiteline have to make the poly inserts flange so thick? Even a 3mm flange would be an improvement over the 5mm one. At that point, just cut the parts that fill the voids off, shove them into the holes covered by the mounting tabs and be done with it. The three voids covered by the mounting taba would keep the pieces captured; the bottom hole would just be empty...but bushing compliance should be reduced enough
Hello! I have a 2023 WRX with a Manual transmission, and after a TrackDay I started hearing a noise that seems to be coming from the differential. Do you know if it may be necessary to change the oil?
Thanks for the content man! Glad to see 2022 wrx work being done, waiting to get mine in June. That being said why did you replace those?
I’m trying to stiffen up the drivetrain some. This will help with launches and aggressive 1-2 shifts.

This looks like a pretty easy upgrade.
RANDOM QUESTION LOL; is that an epoxy coating on your garage floor?
Yes, i had a guy come and put down some commercial grade epoxy down
@@JoeyMontalto awesome, thank you! looking into getting it done also in my garage
Put a block or something between the Jack and the diff. You can crack your diff if you don't

Why bother changing out these mounts with the new ones?
It fills the voids in the stock bushing so under hard acceleration there will be no movement. Definitely helps with the 1-2 shift
Did you see a huge difference?
Very subtle. It will be more noticeable once other mounts are installed as they will work together. Still worth it the the few dollars spent.
@@JoeyMontalto what mounts you talking about
chock them front wheels man!
