    About sa cons po , ung monthly dues . Thank you mam for sharing. I am on going na nghhulog sa preselling condo of smdc. Nkakkaba ung monthly dues , pano kung wala kang ibang income tpos mas malaki pa ang monthly dues

      Hi Grazy. In case yan po ang maging sitwasyon need niyo po kagad mag decide na ipa-lease ung unit niyo para matulungan po kayong magbayad sa monthly amortization & condo dues. 💯❤️

      Mas madali pong i-flip ung 1-BR but it should be located in a very good location. Then kung 2-BRs naman dapat maraming amenities na pang pamilya para enticing na i-flip.

    Dear, ns Dubai din po ako... Me. Ask. Po ako.. Kse kumuha ako s Ayala Land amaia skies Shaw.. 5.5M Un... Murang monthly down-payment Nia in 3 yrs and 8 Mos. Kso the rest ilo loan dw s bangko.... Is it wise n nag down-payment ako? 10k Lang po reservation and kahapon Lang po.. Parang gus2 Kuna umurong kc auko mgloan s bank.

      Hi Ms. Angelle. Usually naman po talaga the DP is around 10-20% of the TCP and ung balance po you need to pay either by CASH or Bank Financing. Dapat po lagi niyong i-check at itanong ang monthly amortization after the DP since this will tell you if you're capable ba to pay the investment.

      After nyo po ma fully-paid ang DP, depende pa po yan sa bank if i approve kayo depende sa monthly income nyo. Meron pong mga nakatapos na magbayad ng DP tapos hindi na approved ng bank. If wala kayong pang cash out, malabo ibalik sa inyo ang DP nyo. Never po kayo mag in-house kasi malulugi kayo sa laki ng interest compared sa mortgage loan sa bank. Punta na po kayo ng bank to apply early para malaman nyo agad if i aprrove kayo.

      @kashinkalo679 I agree with you po. Dapat lagi niyong i-check kung magkano ang magiging potential bank monthly amortization niyo vs your monthly budget. Aside from that 6 months bago matapos niyo ang DP dapat mag start na kayong mag apply ng bank loan.
