you know, I feel like the gimmick for bill cipher is that if you dodge his attacks a bit more constant, you'll anger him, but get hit and he'll just gloat that you suck at dodging
I like how Bill cheats in the fight like blocking out the button notifications to confise the player or using an undodgdable attack. It really fits his all-powerful man child persona.

You know. This fight would end up being even more one sided when you realize that, if there's a negative status condition, there's likely a piece of equipment that makes you immune to it. I can imagine the end of the video extending further as Bil tries to petrify them both, but their immunities makes that impossible, causing the Yellow Doritos to get even more enraged.
Dipper, Mabel and Soos were able to "defeat" him while Stan was sleeping, I think Mario and Luigi could do something similar in Luigi's dreams and defeat him or at least make him escape as happened in Stan's mind.
I’m sure they did in the past… oh right the new super mario games, the koopalings can temporarily transform Mario and Luigi into stone but they just break free somehow

I love the bit where the chase sequence has both the jump AND hammer commands. Definitely feels like the kind of screwy nonsense Bill would do… among other things.
What I love about this one(0:21)is that it includes both the jump and hammer button, what I think here is bill would try to grab the brothers while they try to run while having his minions(the bat eyes) swoop down from above them to hit them from the top, the jump button is used to dodge from getting grabbed by bill's hands while the hammer button is used to swat and hit the eye balls towards bill to both slow him down and deal damage
The battle starts off simple since Bill doesn’t believe Mario and Luigi are worthy opponents for him, but after seeing that his attacks aren’t working, he decides to get serious and begins increasing the power of his attacks. However, when he sees that his blows are being reflected back at him, he becomes furious and starts to increase his power even more, reaching a point where his attacks are extremely deadly, making it almost mandatory to block them. Bill, seeing that despite his power the brothers are able to block his attacks, decides to increase his power even further, making a single hit completely lethal and dodging it absolutely necessary. So, when Bill sees the brothers dodging all of his attacks, he finally gets fed up and decides to cheat by turning them into stone so they can’t do anything to avoid being hit, but then he gets defeated lol.
I love this concept! I love how Bill gets progressively angrier as the fight goes on, it fits so well. This also made me think, Dipper & Mable: Stan's Inside Story would be one hell of a game.
An even greater team than in bowser's inside story since he knows they're there to help out, maybe even a trio attack battle block, I can imagine the trio attacks being unlocked like Superstar Saga's
The fight against Bill would have been much better if the ending had been in the dream world so that it would be more faithful to the original losing in the dream world or in Luigi's mind like in the series but that doesn't mean that the fan made is 10/10 🗿
Considering Bill is mainly getting mad because he can't hit M&L, I assume the battle would get harder the more you dodge. At the start, it's relatively basic attacks. If you don't dodge that much, the attacks will stay the mostly the same for the whole fight, other than the part where the Ghosts are called in. However, as you dodge, attacks will progressively get faster and hit harder. After dodging enough, the "Slow Progression" rule will be ignored, having a MASSIVE difficulty spike from Bill entering his Fury form. He gains several new attacks, and instead of old attacks just getting faster, they'll get more unpredictable, such as Bill doing fake-outs to mess up your timing. Attacks will stop getting faster once Bill enters the Rage State, but they will continue to hit harder. Dodge too many times without dealing damage to him, or allow Bill to enter the peak of attack difficulty before the Ghosts are summoned (which would be around 50% HP), and he'll use that one attack where he petrified both of the bros, before being damaged by that thing crashing into him. If you made him use the attack by not dealing any damage, then the crash will leave him with 50% HP and back in his Base Form, but if you made him use the attack by enraging him before the Ghosts spawn and then defeating the Ghosts, then he'll be defeated.
If you think about it, they probably got out of the stone the first time by using a badge to cure any state (this badge can be found in Mario and Luigi dream team or bowser inside story) and at the end the bros used a badge that does damage towards Bill
I think that if there was a weirdmagedon in the mushroom kingdom it would be like facing the eye-bats and minions to get to the pyramid, each waterfall would be like those in the original weirdmagedon, the entire mushroom kingdom would turn to stone but mario & luigi would escape, the bosses would be bill's minions
This would lowkey be such a fun fight to see play out. And the best part by far is how Mario and Luigi (at least these versions of them) could actually stand a chance against Bill. And this is some fantastic art!
The large laser beam part of the fights is alway terrifying, since you need to grab onto the sprite (I forget their name) and hold onto it. I've messed up that part a couple times before.

Things I noticed: the action command buttons are blocked out with one of Bill's eyes (i can guarantee he has several lying around) the fury status makes a return the background chase from DT and PJ looks epic the colors of the fourth image have the red/green icons, similar to Smoldergeist (and others, but that's what came to mind first) the ghosts of the six other characters (Wendy, Robbie, Pacifica, Seus, Gideon, and Fiddleford McGucket) in the Cipher circle or whatever the name of it is have their icons from said ritual circle i ASSUME that Stanley and Stanford appeared to save the day at the last minute, which might imply the Mario Bros. just delay Bill from acting the banners in the background slowly evaporate the Pines twins (pine tree and shooting star, as Bill calls 'em) are unstoned at the end of the fight the HP and BP numbers in the corner change

@bigmaxethanschannel1428 Depending on the items and versions of Mario, Bill Cipher could lose, as items like the Pure Hearts might be sufficient, as they were able to defeat beings like Super Dimentio who could destroy existence and is typically classified as Multiversal+ or even Hyperversal due to the Dream Depot (although I disagree with that kind of classification) that supposedly creates entire universes through dreams, where Dimentio is even compared in many videos to Bill Cipher.

Depending on the items and versions of Mario, Bill Cipher could lose, as items like the Pure Hearts might be sufficient, as they were able to defeat beings like Super Dimentio who could destroy existence and is typically classified as Multiversal+ or even Hyperversal due to the Dream Depot (although I disagree with that kind of classification) that supposedly creates entire universes through dreams, where Dimentio is even compared in many videos to Bill Cipher.

1: The Zeekeeper is a deity
2: They had a prominent enough window to strike Bill by having the bros play with his ego.
3: The Bros have a high enough offense level to hurt deities.
4: The Bros have a high enough defense level to tank hits from Deities
5: They probably would've mashed out of the statues in a moment anyways
