The dishes, especially the BBQ quail leg and those multi-colored juices, looked absolutely mouthwatering! I can’t wait to try them myself. The storytelling and expressive moments-like at 04:31 -were just brilliant! 😂 It made the entire video so immersive and enjoyable. Loving the long-format content, Kaitlin. This video is was amazing!
In the traditional "Great Food" countries, such as Italy and France, Michelin stars are being awarded like hotcakes, whereas in Finland only the truly exceptional ones get one, if they are lucky.
@@MrKuggis they could have switched producers since our visit, but the caviar used on this meal (September 2024) was Rossini - specifically the Oscietra and Black Label varieties. We are not sponsored by Rossini, but it is our favorite caviar so it shows up on our channels a lot :)

Glad you liked it! :D
I would highly recommend visiting Finnjävel when in Helsinki. Their take on 'classic' Finnish dishes is quite something.
It's high on our wish list!
Now I'm keen to visit Helsinki!
It's a great food city! Make sure to use our Helsinki map when you go. 😊

Totally, this is true for all of the Nordic countries.
100% 2 Michelin star worthy!
Yup!
Did you try the bread at Kontrast in Oslo? For me they had the best bread "ever" (well until now at least ;-))
We haven't been there recently! Good to know! 😃
Hello! Whats the price for all that!?
€158 per person for the food
@@andersandkaitlin Thank you! Not bad for that kind of food and service!!
