    Hello Kent.
I am from Russia, I am watching your videos on TH-cam with great pleasure. Your videos have the comfort and coziness of those glorious times of the Wild West. I cook according to your recipes for my family and they really like your cuisine. Thank you so much for your creativity and talent. After a series of red dead redemption games, your channel is a godsend)

Kent Rollins rolling, Big Bertha’s smoking, the Beag is loping waiting on a bite moping, Shan’s behind the cam hoping he can pronounce the “W” word moment, the Stars and Stripes are flowing with that Red River wind blowing, the show keeps growing with everyone knowing at the end there’s a cowboy shuffle showing, and hats off to the service folks, thanks for patrolling! Amen

Another winner for a shrimp recipe idea. Not a 'heat' fan so I'd swap in some green/yellow/red pepper strips for the Jalepeno and keep the cream cheese mixture on the very 'mild' side, and use non-peppered bacon. VERY interesting use of the sweet preserves, I really like the sound of that. Thanks for sharing the tasty feast.

Kent I'm so glad to see the Beag is still around. I lost my little border collie and my second boy is going very soon too. That leaves me with a crazy, wound for sound baby border collie, and a Rhodesian Ridgeback who hates the ground he walks on. Not a good combo. Thanks for the recipe, I'll try it this weekend. I guess that I just did the reverse of these grilled shrimp 🍤 stuffed with Jalapeño peppers 🌶 in a sense. Though your stuffed grilled shrimp look superb and very tasty..... My wife helps Me too.... She picked up a handful of large Jalapeño peppers 🌶 And I did remove most of the seeds 🔥. I cut them to have a top and a bottom to them. With a butter knife 🔪. I spread cream cheese and top with a lite amount of chadder cheese 🧀. I filled each pepper 🌶 with local gulf shrimp. Some I added Conecuh Sausage. I placed the tops back on. And I wrapped them with bacon and seasoning . They are delicious. Jalapeño Poppers 🌶 with attitude....
And being a resident of Alabama. I know Foley fairly well too.... Thanks for your awesome video 📹
God bless You and your wife and extended family 🙏✝️🙏

My home is the Gulf Coast, Pensacola, FL. The seafood I have access to now is FAR different than home for sure. Blackened grouper was one of my favorites as well as “Grits-a-YaYa” (grits made with heavy whipping cream & smoked Gouda cheese) cuz in the Deep South, seafood restaurants serve dishes with cheese grits.
I may not be able to get the same types of seafood but my favorite shrimp now is Argentinian Red, also available at SAMs. Large shrimp with a lobster texture/taste. I have discovered my favorite jalapeño popper is now filling a jalapeño half with seasoned goat cheese topped with Argentinian red shrimp-usually 2-wrapped in bacon. When I clean out the jalapeños, I reserve the seeds & mix them into the goat cheese…yum!
Also, if you have never heard of or tried…please try Texas Twinkies! Jalapeño poppers made using sliced brisket, cream cheese or my preferred goat cheese, wrapped in bacon…you’ll thank me later! ~Reneé🧡

Well, You can put Camembert cheese on half cut green pepper and wrap around by bacon and hold it by
skewer, put salt then grill it. This is also tasty too. This is one of Yakitori style. Salt is good for this dish. "Tare" is bit difficult and basic ratio is simple.

Kent, I appreciate your recipes, but I also appreciate the fact that you are continuing to do outside cooking, because I don't know exactly where you live, but I live in North Texas so I suspect it within the distance my wife and I used to drive for soccer tournaments a few years ago. And it is HOT! And has been this entire summer! And you still manage to put out videos outside, and I appreciate it. (But my outdoor time is spent early morning and then short spurts of moving soaker hoses around the foundation.
Now that I have demonstrated my commiseration on the heat this year, I'll be trying this recipe soon. If Fall comes over a weekend in the next month or so!
