    I have had it for a week and can’t get one workout to load! Can’t get screen to get past loading?! Doesn’t connect to phone as advertised either!

      I’ve had the Max Trainer M9 for 6 weeks and had no problems connecting my iPhone to machine or accessing workouts. I suggest you connect Bowflex at 1 (800) 605-3369 for assistance to connect your phone and access workouts.

      @@chambeecat Thanks I did contact them still slow but progressing. And they informed me the Iphone doesn't connect to control the machine workouts but will store your data after the connection.

    I have now for month nothing work , screen hangs out reboot I contacted JRNY they have no solution wasted my money

    ok so i have have bought 2 of these max trainers the M5 and the M9 both have broke the M5 the console stop working i replaced it at my own cost and on both machines the resistant servo stopped working they build these machines with inferior parts. the actual design is great the workout is good. but if you buy one it is not of a matter of if it will break but WHEN it will break and it will cost you alot to fix it.
    on the M9 i brought the extended warranty but I'm getting the runaround from the warranty company not wanting to uphold the warranty the console on the M9 has broken the resistance is no longer working Bowflex says if the warranty company that has to replace it but they fail to realize they chose this Warranty company to represent their brand. So buying the extended warranty is not a safeguard against a broken machine and the Machine will break guaranteed I have bought two of them both of them have broken.
    I called the warranty company several times and they keep telling me they're waiting on Bowflex I called Bowflex and Bowflex informs me they have nothing to do with the warranty company the warranty company has to send the part so buyer beware I will give an update on my results if the warranty was honored or not
