Like the tip up or tip over design. I am doing that on the next build to make it easier to get in and out... The body will tip up and use the roll bar hoop to lift yourself up.
Thanks Paul, slowly getting there. Let me know if you need any advice or help to get yours up and going. The more the merrier, especially in our neck of the woods!
Mobility assist for the rider in order to get into, I was wondering how you were going to get in if you had mobility issues, hopefully it works for you. Will you be insulating the kart to both keep the noise down inside the kart as well as cooling it off?
Grant, it was made from an old golf buggy spring. It will do for now but I know I will need to have one made up professionally at some stage as this one won’t last.
Hi Terry, Andrew here, Noel’s son. Dad said he can’t remember where in particular he got it, but he started out just by googling ‘peerless differential 100’ and went from there. If he can remember exactly where he got it from we’ll update you. Thanks for watching and the nice feedback.
Good stuff so far! Looking good. Please don't wave the camera around so much. Point it a the part of the car being discussed and hold still so we can see the details, Please!! Dad is neat but we want to see the car!!
Hi David, there is a class for battery powered cyclekarts - google is your friend for all specs. If building for your own enjoyment- express yourself. If you’re hoping to race at a meet you will need to adhere to the specs.
As a guy approaching 40 who has the beginning of a bad back: I really like the accessibility of your design!
Thank you! Happy to report the hinged hood concept works! Final reveal video coming very soon!
Awesome Idea to keep the steering hoop out of the way!
Hoping it will work Brad!

It's looking great well done. I live on the Sunshine coast and looking to build one myself.

That's great, love the project!
Thank you! Cheers!
Your traverse suspension is awesome.
Thank you, looking forward to testing it out soon!
Great work, you chose the same wheels I did for my cyclekart. Thanks for sharing.
How did the wheels go for you? Thanks for watching!
They seem fine haven't finished the front suspension yet so haven't tested. Looking forward to new video

Earplugs and a decent muffler will have to do!

Great build. If you don't mind my asking, where did you source the Peerless differential??

Hi there Craig, it’s a replica 6.5hp Honda gx200 I found online. Thanks for watching
Please share what wheels you have and where to get them
Hi Duane, thanks for watching! Next video will be a full walk around of the cyclekart and I’ll let you know where I got them from 👍
