@@junkyardracer57 hello there sir. i appreciate and admire you a lot. I'm 17 in the uk planning to make a cycle kart for my 2nd project (i am after a more bugatti type 35 look). Seeing as you made a beautiful work of art is there any advice you can spare me? thank you in advance and take care.
Thanks for watching and yes the bonnet/hood has sparked a bit of interest. It works really well and makes life easier for sure. Yes, Fangio raced a model A Ford in Argentina before heading to Europe to carve out a legendary career with the big European teams.
Awesome guys, just the push I needed! More fun for 2024 is booked in. If yas are ever up the far nth, look me up, could be more fun than you can poke a stick at? Racing in the rain forest, playing on gold mines, doing machine stuff and poking a stick at things! All the best boys, love it.
Sounds fun, we used to live in Cairns - my youngest son Sam was born up there. Will let you know if we make it back up that way. Thanks for watching and the lovely words.
A very proper build, well designed and executed. A similar hinged bonnet arrangement is a feature I will be using on my kart. Thanks for letting us follow along on your CK adventure. Just noticed the pocket flask oil breather catch tank, nice touch.
I live in the Philippines and I'm going to build one using the backend of a 3 wheeler taxi ,making my own body and front axle,I'm an old motorhead from Idaho retired here it'll give me a good project!
Brilliant looks great my mate and I in Brisbane just built our frames and front end components would be good to join your group to help source parts etc. We have been making cad drawings along the way.
Hi mate, we’ll do a Q&A video next up and answer some of these questions - can’t remember where the diff came from, but it was after some google searches
Great work. I want to build one now.
I am the guy that pulled up for a chat today when I saw you setting up.
Great to meet you Heath, hope to catch up at the December tech space open day!

Looks great. Thanks, Noel, for being an example of getting up each time life knocks us down. 🙂
Thanks for watching, and the kind words Roger!
That's a ripper. Love how you've made the bonnet to make it easier to get in. Also, never realised Fangio raced a model A !

Thanks for watching and for the compliments on the build. I’m very happy with the hinged bonnet/hood, it works a treat.

Good to hear some people in Brisbane are building one, hopefully we can find a spot to take them for a run
That's about 3 km from my place, I'll keep an eye out for you.
Stay posted - hoping to organise cyclekart events at the Showgrounds as I’m a member of the vintage car club. Thanks for watching .

I am hopeing to maybe do a build and join a club, in retirement.
