Safer Badminton Courts: A Lean Manufacturing Approach

Hi folks, in this before-and-after video, we show how we improved safety at our badminton courts by relocating support cables. Initially, we painted the cables yellow to reduce the risk of head injuries, but this was just a short-term solution. By investing the time and effort to move the cables higher, we eliminated the hazard altogether, demonstrating the lean manufacturing principle of "fixing problems at the root cause."
