    It's in Chinese and they managed to make it more clear than most manufacturers do.

    Just got my kit and I'm impressed how much you get for that price. I went with the pro kit because of how much you get for the price, you might as well be covered for a lot of different brake setups, which will make you able to easily help out a friend if need be too.
    I just wanted both a DOT and a mineral oil setup in the same kit.

  • @Demetori112

    Wich is the difference between putting the syringe in the bottom side (caliper side) and putting it in the upper side? i've seen both techniques

    • @ezmtb
      @ezmtb  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Whether connected at the handle end or caliper end, there is only one purpose. The difference between this 2 way is only the difference of subsequent air bleeding efficiency. We think that injecting brake oil from bottom to top is a more efficient method, which will reduce the residue of air in the brake.

    • @postcode3000
      @postcode3000 ปีที่แล้ว

      With syringe at lower/caliper end, any bubbles in the hydraulic line will get a chance to “float” up to the handle end and exit into the funnel or drainage bottle. Bubbles naturally float to the highest point.
      Pushing/pulling on the syringe will help the bubbles float to the top end, too.

  • @diegohuijbregtsgarcia5102
    @diegohuijbregtsgarcia5102 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    My fluid kept going back in the bottle, filling the hose with only air. Therefore I kept sucking air in. That sucks. I'm gonna try the same method with the funnel, cancelling out that hose.

    Still it's pretty annoying not to have an English version. MUTING HELPS
    I would go to th-cam.com/video/q0SvqxMK_PA/w-d-xo.html instead and Seth's th-cam.com/video/ICPkeAMNO6E/w-d-xo.html
    Their set up wastes oil (40+ml) and time by moving bubbles around
    compared to the 2 syringe method the factory uses, and you should get the wheel and pads far, far from the work.
    You WILL spill on them up, eventually. Yes, even you.

  • @statom985
    @statom985 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I dont get it. You connect bottle with handlebar using plastic tube that is empty. So you are sucking air inside. There is like a whole of syringe of air sucked thats need to removed..

    • @whazzat8015
      @whazzat8015 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      not a very good vid. OK but ,...
      Try the Park tool one for what you are missing.
      They use 2 syringes, but you can do it with what is in the kit.

    • @statom985
      @statom985 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@whazzat8015 I just dont get that part when they suck a lot of air from the tube into the system. Clamp on that upper tube filled with oil could do the trick. Less air to get rid off.
      Maybe its noob thinking. I have never bleed brakes before and im researching hot to do it for the first time.

    • @whazzat8015
      @whazzat8015 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@statom985 I think it is an adequate but not good vid MUTING HELPS
      I would go to th-cam.com/video/q0SvqxMK_PA/w-d-xo.html instead and Seth's th-cam.com/video/ICPkeAMNO6E/w-d-xo.html and I think you will see what they are trying. Syd at th-cam.com/video/o-YvMRJunwo/w-d-xo.html and the Park Tool vid are also very good. Each has very good tips.
      You are 1) flushing out old oil 2) running fluid though the system till all the air is out.
      The Ezmtb bottle up top is sealed against air intrusion by having the tip submerged in clean oil. you should never be injecting air into the system. It won't hurt but it can be a pain to remove. Get the wheel and pads out of the way and have lotsa towels.
      Caring for hydraulics/brakes is a basic life skill.

    • @statom985
      @statom985 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@whazzat8015 Its not sealed from the beginning which seems a flaw of the process. From 5:09 to 5:11 he is sucking air.
      I have juicy 3 and im wondering what is the main difference i cannot do it like shimano. No syringe and with a cup.
      I have read that SRAM doesn't recommend degassing dot fluid anymore.

      @whazzat8015 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@statom985 some brakes have a valve which he supplements with suction, gravity and a fluid seal.
