Nice to see the old guys still working. So many people nowadays want to retire young and "go enjoy the rest of their lives while they still can". Or so they say. Andy is out there showing the working man how it's done and still enjoying his life. He's the type of man that helped build this great country that we live in today. This was very interesting for me. My father was a Fitter welder, he worked all over the western US on many pipelines, away from home weeks at a time. Dad tried to teach me how t I weld one time, it was a complete disaster for him, I quickly lost interest, and regretted doing so. But, later in life I chose to give it one more try. It didn't take me long to fall in love with welding and understand my father's passion. Dad plied his trade from Local 250 in Southern CA. Me, I enjoyed a short career in carpentry and finished as a Bricklayer, loving both trades. Dad always stressed the importance of being in a trade union, this I did for ninety percent of my time in construction, thank you Dad, miss you.
