Great info vid. Unfortunately, all of these schemes just increase the price of houses for everybody. More money is chasing the same limited resource, so the price goes up. The only real way to get out of the crazy market is to build more houses.
Thanks for watching! I totally get where you're coming from. It's frustrating to see prices go up, but building more houses is definitely a step in the right direction. However, much of this seems to be getting absorbed by population growth. Let's hope the market gets a bit more chill soon!
