Such good advice again! I remember getting to bank finance approval where they ensured the settlement costs would be no more than $3k. Come settlement week, my conveyancer tells me it'll be nearer to $5.5k.. Sure pays to have that buffer! Overall it really did pay to have the conveyancer onboard as you advise, especially for a 1st home buyer
