Oh dang, hooded eyes and oily skin?? THAT'S MEEEEE! I keep thinking about going back and trying that Fit Me foundation again. I tried it years ago when I was still figuring out my skincare routine, and at the time it didn't work for me. I've been using the Physician's Formula Healthy Foundation the last few years and really like it; it's not necessarily a matte foundation, but I found a shade I loved, and use powder for everything else and have been happy with it even if I'm a bit more dewy by the end of the day. But sadly I think that line has either been discontinued or just extremely hard to find, because my usual haunts don't carry it anymore so I'm back on the journey to find a new foundation soul mate. I'll have to revisit that one!!
I am a new subscriber and I am very glad to have found your channnel as I have hooded eyes and very oily skin. I really love your content and I wish I had found your channnel much sooner 😃 Thank you so much for your great reviews and recommendations !
It's killing me that the L'oreal Infallible Matte Lock Primer appears to have been discontinued. I should have hoarded it. Is there a product that you would use to replace it?
I actually just purchased the two primers, foundation and restocking on the powder! The Loreal priemr I had used before but in hindsight didn’t appreciate it enough , so I wanted to try it again, specially w the putty primer you are always praising about. Excited for trying your recommendations!
Oh dang, unfortunately my country doesn't sell the L'Oreal Infallible Matte Lock Mattifying primer, but they sell the Infallible Lasting primer! Do those 2 give the same result?🤔😮
I really like the Maybelline Fit Me matte & poreless liquid foundation. It does seem to disguise imperfections on the skin whilst still looking so pretty. Plus the shades are wonderful, and I have more than 1..The price is magical!! I am SO GLAD THERE IS NO PUMP TO break, trap the foundation, and waste it!!. Do not have the powder yet and need to figure out my shade and practice with it because I'm not great at using setting powder.. It's an art I have yet to master. So, Stephanie, this is the foundation you use whenever you are giving other kinds of makeup a road test, so to speak? Or do you have another regular go-to Foundation for these types of things?
This is definitely the foundation I use to test out other makeup products because I this is the one I trust most. I feel like this foundation has the right ingredients to work with other makeup products.
I need to perfect my base! Still working on it. Fit me insnt a good "fit" for me...😂 Also I'd like to find a more affordable setting spray since I use it twice each make up routine. This gave me some new idea tho!
Would the fitme primer be okay? I did see you do a review on it but I can't tell if it was okay to use or not. We don't have elf in my country and loreal is expensive 🙈 way out my budget. .
I really do love the Maybelline fit me primer! It’s so good with controlling oils but if you have large pores…it’s not going to really do much for them 😕 other than that, it’s great!

I haven’t tried much from Physicians Formula but the Maybelline Fit Me is so good! 😊
Pls do a comparison of the elf poreless putty primer and the elf matte putty primer..
would you say that the elf primer is better, or the revlon photo ready? 👀

@@heathmeizer9446 no! Thanks I'm going to go to CVS and look for it tomorrow. Is there only one type?
@@wendyvoye3110 hi Wendy I think there is a matte and luminous. I got the matte one. I’m in Australia so not sure what you guys have 🤗
