Everything SU-100P - Never beyond prototype

Hello and welcome
Today we're gonna look at one of the Soviet tanks which never made it beyond the prototype stage - the SU-100P. Only one has ever been produced and looking at its performance in War Thunder, I can say it is a good tank. But would it perform as well in the real battlefield? We'll never find out.
But one thing YOU can find out right now is its history and everything else about this piece of artillery.

This is one tank i always have mixed feelings of using in wt, i think its the fact that the USSR always faces USA at this br and USA fighter cas is so strong

Honestly I think it kinda comes down to playstyle. It has pretty fast reload and good mobility so I like using it in cities and urban areas. But it also performs very well on large maps. I had a very good experience with the SU-100P and I‘d even say it‘s one of my favorites. The armor may not be thick but some Gaijin BS, some Stalinum, and some Russian bias can often save you and help you eat some shells 🙃

It is a direct firing gun not indirect fireing gun - mobile anti-tank gun not a howitzer.
