Attractive exterior, and I like the great entry foyers for both front and back doors. The wide, shallow pantry closet keeps everything accessible. I like that the master bath has a shower while the common bath has a tub. Good plan!
A very charming home. Well designed and planned out, inside and out. Lots of storage and roomy, considering the smaller size. Has sort of an updated country home feel.
I love a nice big front porch, and this one is perfect. I normally prefer a more open layout, but I couldn't find anything I didn't like about this one!
Nice floorplan, BUT😂 I would like to se a floorplan with an entry like this and a halfbath for guests, and where they dont need to step on the durty rug. I dont need two bathrooms. If guests stay over they can use mine. Do you have a plan like that?
I mostly like the exterior, except the "double gable" over the porch. I do not understand that design element. One gable would look more honest and less busy. That double gable thing just screams " 1990s McMansion."

Just transform the first bathroom into a powder room. Problem solved.
Could this be built so there are no stairs? Retired folk are your biggest customers. Having no stairs would be a big plus
