17:53 I firmly believe that recharge attacks should work like how Hyper Beam did in Generation 1.
You still have to recharge after using a recharge move, but if you faint the opponents Pokemon using that move, you don't need to recharge next turn.
This would make recharge moves actually usable, while still carrying a big drawback. If the opponent thinks you're going to Hyper Beam and they switch into Gengar or a bulky Pokemon, you're still screwed.

It's too bad that a number of moves with drawbacks basically just don't do anything if you protect/hit into an immunity. I'd be super happy if Outrage locked you in for 3 turns if the opponent predicted and switched in a fairy. Even buff the damage for it.

If you someday go for a hard/embargo mode of this challenge, you may try a jolly/guts/banded Hera, it's possible to make Hera fast enough to outspeed a lot of things (I think it's a speed tie with a jolly crobat).
Shame that Pokabbie seems to love scarfed suicidal birds strats! 😅😅😅
