    Nice explanations ;-) If the device is under warranty it is obviously a better option to contact the seller, as you did, instead of repairing it.

    WARNING!!!
    Please do not buy this product before checking for car model compatibility, failed connection on 2 cars, system check light on for 1 other car.
    AUTOOL must publish compability list to buyers instead of requiring them to ask before purchase 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
