i have a p 2178 error (system too rich off idle )on a Mitsubishi engine 4a92s 1.6 L ...ANY SUGGESTED SOULTIONS o2 sensor ok and map sesnor ok

So very helpful thank you so much!! The code read recommended I change the canister purge valve but I already replaced it (and the cylinoid) last year due to p2187 idle too LEAN. So now I have a better idea of how to fix the issue possibly! The only thing now... is to figure out *which* of these issues to fix, and which one of them would cause my ventilation system to be shooting a strong exhaust/fuel smell into my vehicle after my engine has been warmed up for about an hour (1.5-2 hours or driving). It smells some outside the vehicle, but it smells like it is strongest INSIDE the vahicle so I have been driving with my windows down in this 110 degree vegas weather... yuck! haha
